Every procedure in revPOS is recorded. This report lists these actions so you can easily spot any unusual activity that has taken place.
Find which employees have changed an invoice
Find customers that have been joined
Find invoices that have been transferred from one customer to another.
Find which customers have been sent a statement by email.
To select the type of activity you’re interested in, click on the Type filter, second from the top. This will list the types of activity you can search for.
This report gives you a list of all the activities during whatever time period you select for all customers and all invoices. You can also view the history of an on-screen customer or invoice by entering IH (Invoice History) or CH (Customer History) in the Command Line.
