POS Terminal Update #
Requires TPN
To update the POS terminal #
Go to your merchant dashboard https://merchant.nuvei.com/ to get the TPN numbers for the location.
Follow these instructions (also attached):
1. Menu Button F1 (should take you to the “Core Menu”)
2. Utility
3. PW (1234)
4. Software Download
5. Connect
6. Ethernet
7. Full
8. Enter TPN (TPN should already be pre-populated. If so, simply press the “Green” button. If not, enter the TPN “https://merchant.nuvei.com/”).
9. The Terminal will connect and perform a series of downloads and updates.
10. After the download completes, the terminal will reboot and prompt APPLY UPDATES? Press F2 for YES.
